Sash balances - M Type

These balances incorporate a mechanical feature which, using a screwdriver allows for fine adjustment to be made "on-site" if required. They are particularly recommended for retirement homes, hospitals or nursing homes as the dual action of the torsion and tension springs work to give assisted lift thus making the operation easier even with heavier installations.

The M balance range are all fitted with a metal plug.

All standard VS windows with pre-tensioned F, K and M balances have standard feet attached, notification must be given when side fixing horn channels are required.
